Each rule does one action only. Use multiple rules if you want to combine actions.
What this does not do
Nex Reorder only works with the shipping rates Shopify already returns to checkout. If a rate is missing because of shipping zones, carrier setup, or Shopify shipping settings, the app cannot show it.

What the customer picks from
A rate the app never receives cannot be shown. If one is missing, check your Shopify shipping zones before suspecting a rule.
Rates stay in Shopify
Creating rates, pricing them, and assigning shipping zones still happen in Shopify Settings → Shipping. Nex Reorder only changes how those existing rates appear at checkout.
Presets
Presets are common shipping method names such as Standard Shipping, Express Shipping, Free Shipping, Local Pickup, and Overnight.
They are just shortcuts. If your checkout uses a different label, enter the exact label shown in checkout instead.
Targeting
Shipping rules use the same conditions as payment rules. The most common ones here are:
- Shipping country
- Shipping state / province
- Shipping ZIP / postal code
- Shipping method
These are useful because shipping rules usually depend on the destination or the selected shipping rate.
