This example keeps Cash on Delivery for orders shipping to Canada and hides it everywhere else. Swap in your own country.

Steps
- Go to Apps → Nex Reorder → Explore All Rules, then select Create Rule.
- Enter the name Hide COD Outside Canada, choose Hide and Payment, then select Create Rule.
- In Payment Method, enter the COD name exactly as checkout shows it — usually
Cash on Delivery (COD).
- Under Conditions, select Add Condition and choose Shipping country → Is not one of → Canada.
- Set Rule Status to Activated.
- Check the Rule Preview. It should say to hide Cash on Delivery (COD) when the shipping country is none of Canada.
- Select Save.
Shortcut: start from a template
The Hide COD outside the EU template is the same rule with all 27 EU countries pre-selected. Remove the ones you do not need.
Test it
- Check out with a Canadian shipping address — COD should still show.
- Check out with an address in another country — COD should be gone.
If it does not work
- COD still shows everywhere — the method name does not match checkout. See method name is not matching.
- COD is hidden in Canada too — the operator is probably Is one of instead of Is not one of.
